"AL FRIO Y AL FUEGO"
"Al frio y al fuego" is my favorite restaurant, which is a floating restaurant in the Peruvian Amazon, located at the mouth of the Itaya River, the entrance to the mighty Amazon, with its jetty at Avenida la Marina 138, Iquitos. Where you can enjoy the best view of Iquitos from the cozy pool, the restaurant specializes in seafood, grill, cocktails and desserts, using fresh and local ingredients from the Amazon Rainforest and the river, where you will find a variety of seafood, regional food, grills, Amazonian juices. Their hours of operation are from Tuesday to Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm. It is an ideal place to go with friends or family, I love it because you can enjoy a cozy and cool place, with a view of nature, a unique and incomparable landscape. You enjoy excellent and delicious food. One of the dishes that I liked was regional tacu tacu with tenderloin in a seafood mixture and one of the most delicious desserts was brownie with ice cream.
